Interesting that one of Wooden's keys to success moves the focus from the person to the group. Personal success is meaningless when it does not fit into the needs of the society. The whole unit is fulfilled when each 'me' integrates its role into the unit operation. When 'we' becomes the shining star, each 'me' gets to shine as well.
