"Success is the peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best to which you are capable."

Loyalty

"Be true to yourself. Be true to those you lead."

When you are true to yourself everything comes together in your world and you feel like a naturally-talented orchestra leader, an athletic coach, or a chairperson. You have clear, realistic, wide-angle, long-range vision. You consistently make healthy, balanced minor and major decisions based on the all the input you openly sense from the world around you. The result is that you feel grounded, calm, purposeful, focused, optimistic, strong, "up," content, alert, aware, alive, resilient, centered, resilient, secure, potent, and compassionate.

I have seen each of you in this "zone" at various times with your friends and with your teams. The important thing for you is to recognize these times, accept and appreciate that moment, and realize how you arrived at your moment of truth. Bring this moment of truth to everything you do. The world is starving for good leaders. You know how lead by truth of character, not by oppression. By being true, you are centered and strong. When people see you working hard (industriousness), being friendly, and trust you (loyal) you are building the base of your pyramid.
