This 4th block of the foundation layer is deceptive. Seems pretty easy, especially for guys like you that are not consumed by your own personalities (i.e., egos). But it is easy to get carried away by peer pressure. So always think about the "what" of the situation and make sure the "who" isn't overshadowing the important issue. Taking the personalities out of the equation will leave others admiring your sense of fairness and objectivity.
