You guys personify Wooden's words. You never give up. You pay attention and figure out what needs to be done and work at it until it gets done right. Of course it is easy when you are rewarded for your hard work. The real objective here is to keep your sight on the objective even when the rewards are not immediately coming to you.

My observation is that your intensity is always high, and gets even more intense when times are difficult - like when the team is just missing a beat and instead of getting defeated, you rally to come together and be the strong unit you can be.
